Aaria Gidden-Townsend
Aaria "Aari" Gidden-Townsend, a sixth-grade student from Baltimore City, is a talented young athlete in her first year with the Maryland Blaze Track Club. Alongside her athletic pursuits, Aari is a creative content creator on YouTube and enjoys dancing and performing on her school’s step team. Her favorite color is blue, and she loves Chipotle, Jarrito Mango, and Takis. Aari appreciates the hard-working coaches and the challenging yet rewarding training environment at Maryland Blaze, where she is already embracing the value of perseverance and personal growth.
Adrian Stephenson
Adrian Stephenson, a third-grade athlete, is in his second year with the Maryland Blaze Track Club, where he competes in sprints and jumps. Known for his dedication on the track, Adrian values the family-oriented atmosphere of the team, which fosters support and connection among athletes and coaches. His positive spirit and growing skills make him a valued member of the Maryland Blaze community.
Aleisha Modeste
Aleisha Modeste, a fifth-grade athlete from Parkville, MD, is in her first year with the Maryland Blaze Track Club. Proud of her African American and Jamaican heritage, Aleisha brings enthusiasm and determination to the team as a brand-new athlete. Outside of track, she loves singing, dancing, and spending time with friends and family. Her favorite color is purple, and she enjoys shrimp, crabs, root beer, and milkshakes. Aleisha appreciates how Maryland Blaze challenges her to push harder and reach her personal goals, embracing the club’s focus on growth and self-improvement.
